Apply for a three day immersive river experience in Leavenworth, Washington to ignite your thirst for river adventure.

How to Apply

***Please note you must “check out” in order to complete your application even though you will not need to pay at this time.***

We are accepting 16 students for an exceptional 1:4 instructor: student ratio on the water (typically this is 1:6). Instead of a typical registration, we are asking folks to fill out an application for one of these 16 slots.

Please see our quick post as background on why we require applications for Basecamp programs.

Application: Rather than first come, first served, interested participants will submit an application to participate that will be at zero cost. Based on the below timeline we will notify participants if they have been selected in that round and will follow-up with a registration link to remit the $625 per person course fee.

We encourage everyone who is interested to apply, because even if you are not selected initially, your application will be added to the waitlist.

Application timeline:

Round 1 - March 4-10th: Round 1 applicants will be notified by March 15th.

Round 2 - March 11-18th: Round 2 applicants will be notified by March 23rd.

Round 3 March 19-April 15: Applicants will be notified of acceptance on a rolling basis, during this time we will also be contacting people from the waitlist.

Please note that we reserve the right to cancel the program at any time, in which case you will receive a full refund.

If you have questions or concerns about the timeline above or your eligibility, please contact us!
